Chicken Marengo
Ingredients: Chicken breast, garlic, olive oil, mushrooms, olives, onions, tomatoes, chicken stock, sherry wine and rice

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes with cover. Microwave: Remove from foil pan, cover and heat on high 10-15 minutes, turning 2-3 times during cooking process.

Defrost prior to cooking
