Delicatessen Holiday Menu - Heating Instructions
(To be used only on Wagshal’s products, we take no responsibility for inferior food!)

The following guidelines are for the home conventional oven. The times are approximate and may vary with each home oven. Microwave heating is not recommended in most cases for the best quality.

Suggested reheating time will vary when heating multiple items at the same time in the oven. Please adjust accordingly. Internal temperature of food should be 165° F* before consumption.

STARTERS / SIDES:
Mini Crab Cakes
Butternut Squash Soup
Traditional Stuffing
Green Beans / Baby Carrots
Mashed Potatoes

ENTREES:
Prepared Turkeys
Prepared Turkey Breasts
Ham

Mini Crab Cakes

  • Pre-heat oven to 350° F*.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165° F*.

Butternut Squash Soup

  • Remove soup from plastic container and place in pot over medium heat.
  • Stir occasionally until temperature registers 165° F*.

Traditional Stuffing

  • : Remove from plastic container and place in baking dish – cover with foil.
  • Place in a 350° F* oven for 30-35 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165° F*.
  • Remove foil for the last 10 minutes of heating to brown the top.

Green Beans / Baby Carrots

  • On top of stove, remove vegetables from plastic container and place in sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Heat, stirring occasionally for 5-8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165° F*.

Mashed Potatoes

  • Remove potatoes from plastic container and place in baking dish – cover with foil.
  • Bake in 350° F* oven for 30-40 minute (stir once or twice during cooking) or until internal temp reaches 165° F*.

Sweet Potato Puree

  • Remove apple topping, place sweet potato puree in baking dish.
  • Add apple mixture to top of puree .
  • Place into the oven for 30-40 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165° F*.

Gravy

  • Place in saucepan and heat – stirring occasionally.

Prepared Turkeys

  • Pre heat your oven to 350° F*.
  • Your turkey will be fully cooked, chilled and ready to reheat in its own aluminum pan.
  • Keep turkey in plastic oven bag.
  • Take pint of stock and pour into bottom of bag (to keep bird moist – while reheating).
  • Close bag and place in oven to reheat.
  • Remove/ open plastic bag during the final 20 minutes of heating to brown/crisp the skin.
  • Reheating will take approximately 10-12 minutes per pound (1 ½ to 2 hours for a 10-14 lb turkey, 2 ½ to 3 hours for a 14 – 18 lb turkey) Temp should read 135° F*.
  • Allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Prepared Turkey Breasts

  • Pre heat your oven to 350° F*.
  • Your turkey breast will be fully cooked, chilled and ready to reheat in its own aluminum pan.
  • Keep the turkey breast in the oven bag.
  • Take the pint of stock and pour some or all of the stock into the bottom of the bag (to keep bird moist while reheating).
  • Close bag and place in oven to reheat.
  • Remove/open plastic bag during the final 15 minutes of baking to crisp up the skin.
  • 1 ½ hours for a 4-7 lb turkey breast and 2 ½ hours for a 14-16 lb turkey breast. Temp should read 135° F*.
  • Allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Ham

  • Pre heat your oven to 350° F*.
  • Your ham is ready to reheat.
  • Open foil and pour ½ pint of the apple cider into the bottom of the pan (to keep ham moist while reheating).
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes per pound or 1 to 1 ½ hour for half ham.
