Custom Grinds
In addition to our ground beef selections that are available everyday in the case, we can custom grind any meat selection that you would like. Veal, chicken, lamb and pork are available alone or in any combination you desire. Because of the size of our grinder, we ask that a minimum of 2 pounds be ordered at a time. Once ground, we can divide and pack it in any way you desire! Please call for details.
