Wagshal’s Market receives fresh fish every day, and our quality is second to none. We carry a large selection from our wonderful certified organic natural salmon, Chilean sea bass, sushi grade yellow fin tuna, Japanese seaweed salad, rainbow trout, swordfish, New England scrod, shrimp and live lobster. We buy from HACAAP approved vendors only, who must meet very stringent requirements for the control of hazards in food production.
